In a motion filed by Fox News ahead of their upcoming trial in Dominion Voting Systems’ defamation lawsuit over their 2020 election conspiracy bullshit, the propaganda network’s lawyers asked Delaware Judge Eric Davis to ban any mention of the Capitol riot as it would “only unfairly prejudice the jury against Fox, inflame passions, prevent a fair trial, and taint any resulting verdict,” and also about threats to Dominion staff because that could “arouse the jury’s sympathy and provoke a desire to punish Fox for the actions of unrelated third parties,” CNN’s Oliver Darcy reports.
