Alcoholic shitbrain Rudy Giuliani’s reported “proffer session” with Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith’s team late last month lasted not one, but two days, a distinction that criminal law experts tell the Messenger could be bad news to twice-impeached and twice-indicted former President Trump’s legal team as they brace for the Orange God Emperor and his minions to be hit with a massive federal indictment over their failed post-2020 election coup attempt.
“One day you don’t know what to make of… Two days though suggests that the DOJ may be considering his value as a witness,” former Trump lawyer Ty Cobb said about Rudy’s two “Queen for a Day” sessions with the special counsel’s office. Former New Jersey federal prosecutor Mike Epner said the double header is “not standard operating procedure.” MSNBC legal analyst and ex-federal prosecutor Renato Mariotti hedged a little on the potential significance, telling the Messenger it could’ve been less due to negotiating a deal and more of simply volume of information from the corrupt wet brained idiot. “Giuliani touched a lot so they have a lot to ask about,” Mariotti said.
A source “familiar with the Trump team’s thinking” tells the Messenger that Rudy’s lawyer Bob Costello would not have let his gassy client meet with Smith’s office under most circumstances – unless they’re working out a deal. “I’m sure the pressure is immense,” the source told the Messenger, adding “At this point in Rudy’s age and career, does that matter?” when asked if Rudy could find himself an enemy of MAGA nation if he flips. Not the kind of tea leaf they want to be reading.
TRUTH ALERT:
The statement I’ve made several times of having an insurance policy, if thrown under bus, is sarcastic & relates to the files in my safe about the Biden Family’s 4 decade monetizing of his office.
If I disappear, it will appear immediately along with my RICO chart.

“I’ve seen things written like [Trump is] going to throw me under the bus. When they say that, I say he isn’t, but I have insurance,” said Rudy. That quote is not from the Messenger’s article, but a November 2019 Fox News hit in response to comment a question about Trump letting the wolves come for him after his “Fraud Guarantee” pals were indicted, right in the middle of the Ukraine impeachment saga. Rudy of course backtracked a few hours later in the above tweet. However that was back when he still had a successful racket lobbying for foreign scumbags, before he had to worry about getting slapped with nearly $90,000 in sanctions in the Georgia election workers’ defamation suit and faces contempt or even a default judgment, is almost certainly going to be disbarred, plus billions in liability from voting machine companies Dominion and Smartmatic. Then there’s the whole possibly dying in prison thing from Jack Smith. Oh and the time the FBI raided his home and office as part of another federal investigation that may or may not still be ongoing.
It’s enough to make a guy want to take a long Sunday morning drive out of town to clear his alcohol-ravaged head – and then end up at the home of a recently arrested serial killer for some reason.

Maybe it was a bit of soul-searching, or a little escapism where Rudy could say to himself something like “Hey, I might get disbarred and lose everything I own but at least I’m not this asshole.”
We have no insight into whether Rudy’s going to flip and testify against Trump or be via a plea deal or qualified immunity, et cetera. Our bet is ultimately he hedges on fat Donald returning to power and pardoning him. It’s not the safest bet though given the obvious peril of trusting the abusive Orange Master who got him into all this trouble in the first place. Trump has to actually win too.
And the unpaid invoices to Trump. There are probably quite a few of those still outstanding.
