Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on Wednesday told reporters that an unnamed Russian national will be returned to his/her dysfunctional home country in exchange for American citizen Marc Fogel, whose release convicted felon President Trump negotiated on Tuesday, ABC News reports.
