In a pretty plain and embarrassingly weak attempt to obfuscate his true reason for smiting his US Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, just after midnight on Saturday convicted felon President Trump posted “Today I withdrew the Nomination of Erik Siebert as US Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, when I was informed that he received the UNUSUALLY STRONG support of the two absolutely terrible, sleazebag Democrat Senators, from the Great State of Virginia. He didn’t quit, I fired him! Next time let him go in as a Democrat, not a Republican,” after Siebert resigned under pressure to bring a fake prosecution against New York Attorney General Letitia James for mortgage fraud… a “case” for which he brought as many as 15 witnesses in front of a grand jury.
