This was not a technical glitch – well not a real technological glitch. Stephen Miller seriously just had a Mitch McConnell moment live on CNN. He resumed spewing his hateful shit a few minutes later and exactly what happened in the intervening time is unclear given the clips of the segment available. The image did not freeze, Miller just stopped mid-sentence and stood there blinking and moving slightly. It was legitimately kind of unnerving and he’s already a creepy son of a bitch.
