CNN’s Jake Tapper said that he made a decision not to book chronic liars from the Trump campign like Kayleigh McEneny (who’s also White House Press Secretary) and Jason Miller, calling them “mendacious.”

“They are just so mendacious, I would never put them on air. Kayleigh McEneny, I would never book her. Jason Miller, from the Trump campaign, I would never book him,” Tapper said on CNN’s “Reliable Sources,” hosted by Brian Stelter. “These are just people, they just tell lies the way that most people breathe, and there was no value in that.”
Tapper went on to note that he did book others from the Trump camp with worse reputations, like Kellyanne Conway, because he said, “she was more of a filibusterer and a subject changer than a liar, and I think it’s different.”
McEneny, for her part, did not take kindly to Tapper’s assessment of her honesty. The woman who said on February 26th that the coronavirus would never reach American shores so long as Donald Trump was president–when the first case was diagnosed a month before–took to Twitter for her response.
This is a therapy session for a broken network, and @jaketapper is lazy enough to participate by lobbing baseless personal attacks, with ZERO evidence.
Jake’s real problem:
I do not leak.
I do not lie.
But I DO call out the lies of the media (i.e. CNN Russia collusion hoax!) https://t.co/Gz0RWbwhJZ

McEnany has also been caught propagating lies about the 2020 presidential election being fraudulent, claiming there were many affidavits showing eyewitness testimony of fraud, even though the Courts have rejected such claims.
