GOP Congressman Peter Meijer of Michigan, one of ten Republican members of Congress to vote Wednesday to impeach Donald Trump for a second time, told MSNBC that he and the others are anticipating threats to their safety in the aftermath of their votes.

“Many of us are altering our routines, working to get body armor, which is a reimbursable purchase that we can make, Meijer said. “It’s sad that we have to get to that point. But our expectation is that someone may try to kill us.”
