Building block brand Lego has introduced its largest and more intricate project set ever: a map of the globe, complete with ocean depth markers, Gizmo reports.
The build has more than 11,000 pieces, most of which are single dots, that attach to twelve black base plates. People can follow the exact plans to make a colorful map with contour lines for ocean depths, or go minimalist with the white land masses and a black ocean.
The map set becomes the largest Lego project ever, surpassing the Roman Colosseum, the previous record holder, that had just over 9,000 pieces. The Lego world map will be available June 1st for a $250 price tag.
