McAuliffe will continue campaign until all votes counted

Democratic Virginia gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe noted that there are approximately 18% of the votes yet to be counted and did not concede the election. As of 10:25 p.m. Tuesday, McAuliffe trailed Republican candidate Glenn Youngkin 51.9% to 47.4% with 87% of the votes counted.
