President Biden is expected to announce a ban on Russian oil imports as had been hinted at in reporting on Monday, relieving Republicans and their propaganda trolls of the incongruity of bitching about already high gas prices and that America is “funding the war on Ukraine” by buying oil from Russia. Not that they cared about the obvious inconsistency of the two positions, but now regardless they can just bitch about even higher gas prices from the move.
