Former Wisconsin state Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman, a Trump fanboy who might still be wearing braces despite being in his 50s and was sighted at some of the hottest events on the election conspiracy theory calendar last year was was held in contempt Friday by Dane County, Wisconsin Circuit Judge Frank Remington after he refused to answer any questions about his handling of public records requests related to Gableman’s moronic (and currenly “paused”) “review” into the 2020 election in Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports.
“You don’t have a right to act as an advocate for one party over the other. I want personal counsel. If you are putting jail on the table, I want a personal attorney to represent me,” said Gableman. “I will not answer any more questions. You want to put me in jail, Judge Remington… I’m not going to be railroaded.” Remington then hinted jail time was very much on on the table.
