Your public false statements have contributed to others making similar defamatory posts,” which the diligent counsel McCreme/McCormick obscured the addressee before posting the letter to Facebook.

Seriously worth questioning now whether it would have mattered given the grim to very grim outlook for the GOP this November but the Missouri Supreme Court on Thursday tossed the gerrymander that would have seen the state’s 6-2 Republican-Dem House delegation go to a 7-1.

The court ruled that the Secretary of State had unlawfully interfered with a ballot petition seeking to put a referendum up and thereby delay the gerrymander until next term at the earliest.
