Republican Wisconsin state Senator Rob Cowles on Thursday told a radio host he’ll be voting for Vice President Kamala Harris next month. “I really think this is one of the most important things I’ve done. Hopefully, people will accept that and listen to me, those that have trusted me and believed in me will think about that, and if they’re undecided, that we have to make a change here… Trump has to be defeated, and we have to protect the Constitution. And the country will go on, even with some liberal things that Harris might do, or might not do… You have to have the foundation of the Constitution, to protect democracy. If you don’t have that, we will disappear,” per Civic Media.

You know maybe by the third old white Republican guy in crucial swing states – two of them currently in elected office – telling the media they’re going to be voting for the Democrat for president in a single morning we can say that it’s possibly a bigger deal than Tulsi Gabbard (who actually says she’s a Republican now anyway) and Robert F Kennedy Jr, who’s mentally ill. Maybe.

A criminal mastermind living in The Villages, Florida was arrested and booked on charges of hit and run, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and driving while license suspended after he crashed an Infiniti SUV into a lamppost, threw a gun over a nearby fence, and ran away from the scene, but then returned because he wanted to try to find a gold necklace he dropped following the crash in nearby Summerfield, Villages-News reports.

It was early last Thursday when, immediately following the crash, 51 year-old Timothy Harold Barnhorst was seen tossing a dark object over the fence by a neighbor awoken by the loud crash. A Marion County deputy was investigating the scene when Barnohorst approached saying he was looking for the necklace. Whether this was on the ground or in the car was not stated, but either way the deputy quickly placed Barnhorst under arrest for driving with a suspended license. Then they found the meth. Then the gun on the ground behind the fence. So yeah, Timmy’s in big trouble.

Being a convicted felon, Barnhorst isn’t eligible to vote so there’s no registration data on him. His 83 year-old mom, Linda, who he lives with in the Villages, is however a registered Republican.

Wrapping up an interview this morning with convicted felon former President Trump, far right shitbag radio host Hugh Hewitt asked the demented senior how he was feeling about his chances in Pennsylvania, saying “Well, I’m going to Pennsylvania for [Republican Senate nominee and hedge fund oligarch] Dave McCormick tonight. An explosive new report from CNN reveals that Fox News may have edited portions of a segment of former president Trump speaking to Black and Latino men in a Bronx barbershop to make the 45th President appear more intelligent and coherent when answering questions from the voters present.

The revelation, apparent from inconsistencies between Fox’s airing of the segment and an Instagram video recorded by one of the participants, threatens to undermine Fox News’s commitment to journalistic integrity and political neutrality as evinced by the slogan “Fair and balanced.”

Evidently feeling like they need to up the ante after the first try sputtered out earlier this month and that yet another credible accuser came out against convicted felon former President Trump – this time linking him to notorious dead sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein – the Daily Mail is once again propagating an anonymous woman’s allegation that her ex-boyfriend, Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, “forcibly slapped” her for flirting with another man at a 2012 party in Cannes, France.

The Mail still won’t identify the woman – just calling her “Jane” in the article – but includes pictures of her with Emhoff at the time, her face completely blurred out. “Jane” tells the Mail that she was spurred into “speaking out” because of Emhoff’s denial and she’s upset by “watching this completely fabricated persona being portrayed… He’s being held out to be the antithesis of who he actually is.”

What’s interesting about this is that, per the first report, the three sources who said they witnessed the incident had “requested not to be named due to fear of retaliation from Emhoff” which should indicate they feared for their friend too.Now this accuser shared photos of herself with her face blurred out, ones that Emhoff would almost certainly be able to identify himself and who he was with. Meaning that if the woman actually feared retaliation she would not be subjecting herself to potential scrutiny that could (probably will) reveal connections to Trump, Russians, et cetera.

These images appear to have originated from a low-traction account on X, before being picked up and amplified by RIA Novosti and subsequently other Russian-language media,”

A new Franklin and Marshall College survey of Pennsylvania voters finds Vice President Kamala Harris leading convicted felon former President Trump 48 to 44 percent among registered voters in the Keystone State while among likely voters Trump leads 49.6 percent to 49.3 percent. The registered voter numbers are again better for Harris in each of the states, putting her up 49 to 48 percent in Georgia, tied at 49 in Arizona, and down 49 to 48 percent against Trump in North Carolina.
