For the second time in three months a portion of New Orleans was hit Sunday with an electricity outage caused by a mylar balloon making contact with power lines, WDSU reports.

North Carolina Senator Ted Budd wants his voters to know he will stop at nothing to blame migrants for them not getting the help they need to rebuild their lives after being so badly devastated by floods. Budd also put politics aside and did not at any point in this clip mention the need to reconvene Congress to pass legislation to provide them with more recovery assistance.
