Chkhikvishvili sent detailed manuals about creating and mixing lethal poisons and gases, including ricin. Chkhikvishvili faces a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison.”

The court found that the Trump Regime’s dipshit stooge Harmeet Dhillon engineered a racial gerrymandering scheme by sending Texas a legally baseless letter threatening DOJ action unless the state dismantled four districts based solely on their racial composition. When Trump’s command for a purely partisan map met resistance, Dhillon repackaged it as a civil rights issue, claiming that “coalition district” where no single minority group hit 50 percent were unconstitutional.

Abbott took the bait within 48 hours, calling a special session explicitly to satisfy DOJ’s racial objectives. The tell? Dhillon only targeted majority-non-White districts. If this were really about partisanship rather than race, Brown notes, DOJ would’ve also gone after majority-White Democratic districts. They conspicuously didn’t and here we are with three weeks to go before doomsday.
