On Friday a Minnesota federal judge enjoined ICE from “(a) retaliating against persons who are engaging in peaceful and unobstructive protest activity, including observing the activities of Operation Metro Surge. (b) Arresting or detaining persons who are engaging in peaceful and unobstructive protest activity, including observing the activities of Operation Metro Surge, in retaliation for their protected conduct and absent a showing of probable cause or reasonable suspicion that the person has committed a crime or is obstructing or interfering with the activities of Covered Federal Officers. (c) Using pepper-spray or similar nonlethal munitions and crowd dispersal tools against persons who are engaging in peaceful and unobstructive protest activity, including observing the activities of Operation Metro Surge, in retaliation for their protected conduct.”

“(d) Stopping or detaining drivers and passengers in vehicles where there is no reasonable articulable suspicion that they are forcibly obstructing or interfering with Covered Federal Agents, or otherwise violating 18 USC § 111. The act of safely following Covered Federal Agents at an appropriate distance,” after being sued for having done shit like that to locals.

And on Monday the DOJ filed a notice of appeal of that order. The appeal itself ought to be good.

A TIPP survey of North Carolina voters finds Dem former Governor Roy Cooper leading former RNC chair Mike Whatley 48 to 24 percent and that is not a typo. MAGA site Daily Signal literally writes that Cooper “has a commanding 48 percent to 24 percent lead, with 27 percent still undecided.”

The simplest and likeliest explanation is that the pollster left the candidates’ respective parties out of the question, leading to the result that’s probably far more skewed by Whatley’s lack of name ID than anything else. That current Dem Gov Josh Stein’s approval is at 48 percent to 22 percent disapprove and 30 percent undecided track with it in that it seems that roughly the same share of North Carolinians don’t know who leads their state nor the name of his immediate predecessor.

Yes, that’s a sad fucking statement on the electorate, lol, and one that you can be pretty confident in its general accuracy since convicted felon President Trump’s approval is at 39 percent to 53 percent disapprove in the state, similar to most national surveys these days. Yet it says even more about the kind of voter the GOP relies on to put them over the top in an extremely crucial race: Assuming the question indeed was “Who do you plan to vote for in November’s Senate election, Roy Cooper or Mike Whatley?” and not “Who do you plan to vote for in in November’s Senate election, Roy Cooper (Democrat) or Mike Whatley (Republican)?” by literally a 2:1 margin more would-be Dem voters recognized Cooper and affirmed their support for him than MAGA voters did the same for Whatley.

Had the pollster not relied on them to at least think “Wait, Cooper’s a Democrat. I definitely remember that. Okay, so I’m voting for Mike Whatley since he’s a Republican. He’s the fat Black guy who likes trans porn, right? Whatever, still better than a woke Marxist” then you’d probably see something closer to like Cooper 49 to Whatley 43 in the head-to-head. Instead (probably) thanks to slightly bad polling design we ended up getting a uniquely valuable blind taste test result.

Should’ve just made some shit up about James going to do work for a meth addiction support organization or something like that, made it about contrition and reform – instead of Steve Womack needing to stay in the House’s tiny GOP majority rather than resign to take care of his wife and son because the meth dealer’s in the clink.

These are dark times for our Nation, as CNN’s Kaitlan Collins reports that the Trump Regime’s Department of Injustice have opened criminal investigation into Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey. Nothing like this has ever happened to a governor or mayor in the United States before. After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced “investigation” into the two elected officials is not necessary or appropriate.

It is prosecutorial misconduct, the weaponization of the Justice System, and an attack by Radical MAGA Republicans who desperately don’t Frey to run for Senate in 2030, who will likewise do anything to stop Democrats and Liberals in the upcoming Midterm Elections. Such an assault could only take place in broken, Third-World Countries. Sadly, America has now become one of those Countries, corrupt at a level not seen before. The political persecution of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey has been going on for years, with the now fully debunked Somalia, Somalia, Somalia Hoax, the fake “Tampon Tim” Hoax, and so much more, it just never ends.

It is political targeting at the highest level! Donald Trump was allowed to run for president again after inciting a violent assault on Congress. Absolutely nothing has happened to hold him accountable. He even took classified documents, and other items from the White House. Walz and Frey stood up to ICE’s brutality, fought to protect Minnesotans, and truly delivered for the state, like we have never seen before. The MAGA establishment hates it. Now, as they watch Democrat candidates win big special election victories, and see their dominance in all polls, they are trying to stop them, and the Democratic Party, once more. The lawlessness, political persecution, and Witch Hunt must be exposed and stopped. Walz and Frey will continue to fight for the Great Minnesotan People!
