Former Trump attorney Michael Cohen was sent back to the Metropolitan Detention Center today after having his coronavirus furlough revoked by authorities.
According to MSNBC reporting, Cohen’s lawyer said he reported to the courthouse today to get fitted for a new ankle bracelet and to sign some paperwork. Instead, Cohen was taken into custody and then send to MDC.
The happens just days after Cohen was spotted at a Manhattan restaurant despite being under house arrest. He was photographed during trip to the restaurant, making the front page of the New York Post.
