“On July 24, 2020 at approximately 1:00 am, Phoenix Fire Personnel responded to a structure fire in the area of 2900 North Central Avenue Phoenix Police officers responded as well and assisted with scene security and traffic control in the area, Phoenix Fire extinguished the fire and the investigation into the cause of the fire began” reads a Phoenix PD press release tweeted by local reporter Brahm Resnik.
“Phoenix Fire investigation Task Force (which includes Phoenix Fire and Phoenix Police personnel), along with assistance flow the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, have been diligently processing the scene. Based on the evidence discovered this investigation is now an arson investigation.”
