UPDATE 6/14/21 4:17 PM EDT: An earlier headline stated Zelensky announced that Ukraine was joining NATO. Zelensky was apparently noting that Ukraine had been following a path to membership extended in 2008 as soon as it completes addressing some parts of the membership criteria laid out in that plan, including addressing corruption. National Zero regrets the confusion.
