Former Trump Justice Department official Ken Klukowski, said to have worked with Trump toady former Acting Assistant AG Jeffrey Clark, is cooperating with federal prosecutors on the criminal investigation into the lead up to the Capitol insurrection, CNN reports.

Separately CNN reports the DOJ is getting ready to knock down any claims of executive privilege from Trump minions who will attempt to hide behind it when subpoenaed to testify to the grand jury, signaling they’re interested in gaming out the Donald’s criminal liability.
