Former Trump lawyer and current bankruptcy applicant Rudy Giuliani has not yet been served notice of his April 24th indictment in Arizona for his role in the 2020 fake electors scheme to overturn Joe Biden’s victory in the state, the Washington Post reports. Rudy has to be in Arizona for a hearing before a judge on May 21st.
But it’s not like Rudy is hurdling fencing and sliding over car hoods to avoid a process server. When the indictment was handed down, the Arizona AG’s office sent two agents to personally serve Giuliani but they were thwarted by the Manhattan building’s doorman, who refused to take the notice and wouldn’t allow the agents into the building. Further efforts through phone and fax have been unsuccessful, with phone numbers Giuliani previously used no longer working.
