Kamala Harris.” White MAGA Congressman Troy Nehls said he’s “not going to get into all the color stuff. I’m just looking at performance.”

NRCC chair Richard Hudson wouldn’t go there either, saying the DEI line is “certainly not something I’m going to say. I’m going to remain focused on the policies.” Wisconsin MAGA dipshit Glenn Grothman did though, saying on Sunday that Democrats “have to stick with her because of her ethnic background.” When Punchbowl followed up with Grothman to elaborate on what he meant he said simply “I don’t think people view her as Black.” So it’s already going great for the House GOP.

The best they can come up with for now is a non-binding “emergency” resolution “strongly condemning the Biden Administration and its Border Czar, Kamala Harris’s, failure to secure the United States border,” being pushed by angry toad New York Congresswoman Elise Stefanik.

“Republicans have never had less time to define the presidential nominee of our opponents,” said an NRSC memo obtained by Punchbowl. “Because of that, it is vital that our entire Conference is on message and working together to present Kamala Harris as an extreme San Francisco progressive who is out of step with the American people.” The memo also highlighted that Harris sometimes laughs at “inappropriate moments,” and criticized her love of Venn diagrams. Nothing about “DEI.”
