A New York appeals court on Thursday ruled convicted felon former President Trump is still subject to the gag order imposed on him by Manhattan Judge Juan Merchan prior to the trial which found him guilty on 34 counts of falsifying business records, with the court finding “the fair administration of justice necessarily includes sentencing,” leaving it in place until then, the AP reports.
