The Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History this month quietly removed information about convicted felon President Trump’s two impeachments from an exhibit on the constitutional mechanism, a source tells the Washington Post about a “content review” the Trump Regime ordered the institution to undertake in order to avoid punishments like further suppression of historical facts.
Where since 2021 a temporary label that included info about the two trials the fat fuck faced and was acquitted by jury nullification was applied while a permanent one was being devised, the display now looks as it had since 2008, saying “only three presidents have seriously faced removal.”
Those being Andrew Johnson, Richard Nixon, and Bill Clinton. “In reviewing our legacy content recently, it became clear that the ‘Limits of Presidential Power’ section in The American Presidency: A Glorious Burden exhibition needed to be addressed,” a Smithson spokesperson said in a statement. “The section of this exhibition covers Congress, The Supreme Court, Impeachment, and Public Opinion. Because the other topics in this section had not been updated since 2008, the decision was made to restore the Impeachment case back to its 2008 appearance,” the spokesperson added to their confusing non-explanation about the suppression of history.
