The House January 6th Select Committee on Friday confirmed to the Guardian’s Hugo Lowell that disgraced former President Trump blew through the morning deadline to produce records sought by the committee’s subpoena but they were in continued talks with Donald’s lawyers and have set a new deadline for him to answer. “We have informed the former President’s counsel that he must begin producing records no later than next week and he remains under subpoena for deposition testimony starting on November 14th,” a committee source told Lowell.
