Republican James Moylan has defeated Democrat Judith Won Pat in the race for non-voting delegate to the US House for Guam, becoming the first Republican not-really-representing the island territory in the Western Pacific since 1993, Pasquines.us reports. Former Attorney General Doug Moylan (who we’re guessing is related to James but we can’t find anything about that) defeated incumbent AG Leevin Camacho for the nonpartisan office. Democrat Gov Lou Guerrero won reelection while Dems expanded their hold the territorial Senate by one, to a 9-6 majority.
