Court tosses Fox News bid to dismiss Smartmatic suit

A five judge New York appeals court on Tuesday unanimously rejected a motion from Fox News, batshit host Maria Bartiromo, and fired former host Lou Dobbs to dismiss voting technology company Smartmatic’s multi-billion dollar defamation lawsuits against them over their post-2020 election conspiracy bullshit, the Associated Press reports.
