A massive Red Wave of poisonous microorganisms hit Florida’s southwest Gulf coast this week, killing scores of fish and burning the eyes of human swimmers, the Associated Press reports.
The red tsunami forced the cancelation of the annual Indian Rocks BeachFest, even though it wasn’t scheduled for another month. “Red Tide is currently present on the beach and is forecasted to remain in the area in the weeks to come. It is unfortunate that it had to be canceled but it is the best decision in the interest of public health,” said an announcement from the Indian Rocks Beach HOA.
The announcement did not mention any Trump boat parades being affected, probably because only libtards believe red waves are hazardous. Pinellas County spokesman Tony Fabrizio – not to be confused with the Republican pollster Trump almost fired in 2019 for not forecasting a red wave in 2020 – said workers had to remove over two tons of dead fish that had washed up on the beaches.
