Florida MAGA federal Judge Aileen Cannon on Tuesday issued an order in United States v Donald Trump that says, literally “This case is hereby set for a Criminal Jury Trial during the two-week period commencing August 14, 2023, or as soon thereafter as the case may be called.”
We have no idea if this means she wants the trial to actually begin in less than two months from now or if it’s merely some kind of preliminary scheduling move subject to being pushed back.
