Otter Globe and Intelligencer: “This essay will focus on the actions of Chad Wolf: the Acting Secretary of Homeland Security and Under Secretary of Homeland Security for Strategy, Policy, and Plans at the Department of Homeland Security, and Ken Cuccinelli, the Acting Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Director, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services at the Department of Homeland Security, regarding political protests in Portland Oregon and Seattle Washington.”
“This article alleges that Wolf and Cuccinelli are guilty of engaging in a criminal conspiracy against the United States of America. That conspiracy has included actions that were intended to promote President Donald Trump’s ‘Law and Order’ campaign rhetoric, and consisted of actions which deprived peaceful protesters of their First, Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment Rights through willful misrepresentation of the protesters actions, the use of agitative and inflammatory propaganda and tactics, efforts to conceal involvement by right-wing groups, and the use of an obscure identification that protesters were not made aware of that leveraged situational ambiguity to promote fear among protesters.
