After receiving a $450 million (and counting) award against fraudulent real estate developer who built exactly one structure seen in the Manhattan skyline Donald Trump, New York Attorney General Letitia James said she’s prepared to take control of some of the former president’s property if he doesn’t pay up.
“If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek judgment enforcement mechanisms in court, and we will ask the judge to seize his assets,” James said in an interview with ABC News, adding, “We are prepared to make sure that the judgment is paid to New Yorkers, and yes, I will get 40 Wall Street each and every day.”
