The Arizona state Supreme Court on Tuesday tossed a forced-birther group’s challenge against the ballot measure enshrining the right to abortion in the state’s constitution planned for November, the only known case that could have ended up blocking it ahead of Thursday’s deadline.
In Montana meanwhile, KTVH reports that on Tuesday the Secretary of State’s office certified the petition to land a similar measure on the ballot, ensuring the question goes to voters in November pending any challenges, a potential boost for endangered Dem incumbent Senator Jon Tester.
