Parler reportedly hacked

The social media app Parler, which has become the home for wayward Red Hats in the wake of their anger over Facebook and Twitter factchecking the lies of Trump and his ilk, has been hacked.

Reportedly, the hack occured because the Parler developers didn’t encrypt its database credentials, allowing anyone with access to its API to find the passwords to its servers. Direct messages and other personal information have been released. (A “zero day exploit” means that the hack occurred the same day it was discovered, likely by the hacker.)
