An American tourist who on July 1st caught Picasso-faced Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton out sightseeing in London with his mistress now tells the Daily Mail that Pax followed him and tried to lunge for his phone during the resulting confrontation. The tourist, who declined to identify himself, says he reported the corrupt Trump endorsee to the Metropolitan Police and the Daily Mail printed that part as though it’s going to matter if Paxton is charged with assault in England.

His voters aren’t going to give a shit, lol… But for the sake of simply propagating the reality that Paxton is scared here’s how it unfolded: The man shot the 18 second video of Paxton by himself near the London Eye, a giant Ferris Wheel popular among selfie stick owners. He walked away and suddenly felt a tap on his shoulder, finding himself face-to-half-a-face with the Lone Star State’s top law enforcement officer. “Were you filming me back there?” Paxton demanded. “And I said, ‘Yes, I was.’ And he said, ‘You can’t do that,'” the man recalled to the Mail, adding he then said “I can absolutely film you. You’re a public figure in a public place, and I can film you all I want.”

“Now we’re facing each other and he’s mad, and he says, ‘Let me see what you filmed,’ and he lunged for my phone. He says, ‘You can’t do that. Let me have your phone. I want your phone,’ and then at this point it’s a confrontation. He’s yelling at me, and I’m telling him to back off. He lunged at the phone a second time and tried to force it from me,” the man continued. It was only when the tourist’s wife saw what was happening and began filming herself that Paxton realized he wasn’t getting anywhere – even though he was reelected twice while under indictment and federal investigation. Oh and he got impeached for corruption. And his wife divorced him for infidelity.
