This site tries not to go too hard on Palmer Report-level lib hopium so imagine the headline contains an asterisk marking the former Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith’s title “aspirational.” It’d also be perfectly fine if Smith went back to the Hague and finally got to put convicted felon President Trump on trial then… Or was just reappointed special counsel and resumed his January 6th prosecution in 2029. That’s on the table too as the case was dismissed without prejudice.
