On Saturday and Sunday #BlueAnon began trending on Twitter. Describing it is pretty simple: a play on “Blue” and “QAnon” as a catchall term to dismiss center-left allegations of criminal acts committed by Trump and his minions as wacky conspiracy theories on par with those of QAnon.
A now-deleted Urban Dictionary post – pretty obviously written by some MAGA dipshit – defines Blue Anon more propagandistically as “A loosely organized network of Democrat voters, politicians and media personalities who spread left-wing conspiracy theories such as the Russia Hoax, Jussie Smollett hoax, Ukraine hoax, Covington Kids hoax, and Brett Kavanaugh hoax. Blue Anon adherents fervently believe that right-wing extremists are going to storm Capitol Hill any day now and ‘remove’ lawmakers from office, hence the need for the deployment of thousands of National Guard stationed at the U.S. Capitol.”
This is plainly a bunch of gaslighting bullshit. The “Russia Hoax” is a shit ton of unanswered questions and unexplained incidents – like why Don Jr and Jared Kushner met with agents of the Russian government in 2016, why a Russian bank server kept contacting a Trump organization server around the same time, why Trump told Russia to find Hillary’s emails, so on and so forth.
The “Ukraine hoax” isn’t even a hoax in MAGA Land. It was supposed to be completely justified and legal because Hunter Biden Burisma something something. “It was a perfect call”. The asshole that wrote this isn’t even on the same page in the Trump propaganda book.
The “Brett Kavanaugh hoax” is more ambiguous, but the absence of any “Neil Gorsuch hoax” or “Amy Coney Barrett hoax” – and how much Boozy Brett melted down in his hearing instead of staying calm and composed – says a lot and that he probably shouldn’t have been confirmed. The “Covington Kids hoax” is a more complicated story, but the short, real version is that those kids were still acting like assholes that day no matter how badly the media mischaracterized it. The old drummer man saved them from getting killed by Black Israelite cultists.
Wokies at Urban Dictionary zapped Blue Anon because it was too powerful! https://t.co/sec4ZUMKce pic.twitter.com/8gxxx9C6J3

The best part is “Blue Anon adherents fervently believe that right-wing extremists are going to storm Capitol Hill any day now and ‘remove’ lawmakers from office”. Why would anyone believe that – if not for the fact that it fucking already happened two months ago? They came fully intending to kill Mike Pence and Nancy Pelosi. They’ll do it again if given the chance.
Not last but least on that list is Jussie Smollett. Yeah, he’s a lying drama queen. Fuck him. That said it was two years ago and Trump fans still cling to him like a life raft as their go-to dismissal of any allegations against their cult members. And in any case, how the fuck is what Jussie claimed happened supposed to be on par with QAnon fans claiming that Joe Biden is a robot?
What about “Brett Kavanaugh probably raped a teenager in high school” equivocates in outlandishness to “Jew space lasers started the November 2018 forest fire that killed 85 people in Paradise, California”? How does “Trump promised Putin the top floor condo of a Trump Tower Moscow, free of charge” exist on the same plane as “Hillary Clinton rapes and murders children in a dungeon under a pizza place”? The place doesn’t even have a basement.
Like I said, this is all gaslighting bullshit, like that “TDS” scam those clowns used to dismiss any real allegations of criminality against their Orange God Emperor. They can’t defend him on the merits, or explain any of these serious plot holes in their mythology, so they try to tell you that you’re the crazy one for believing it. “Blue Anon” is just the next iteration since “TDS” got played out.
