A woman in California was attacked by a man with a knife Monday afternoon while on a Zoom call with a work associate, who called 9-1-1 to alert police. According to NBC News, police arrived on the scene to find a man and a woman stabbed to death.
Police found the body of a man in the front yard of the home and the woman’s body was inside. Neighbors told them that the couple’s car was missing. The victims have not been identified, but police said the couple were in their 60s and lived in Altadena.
While police were on the scene, Robert Cotton, 32, drove up in the missing car saying that he lived at the residence. Police took him into custody and was booked on two counts of murder.
