Biden invited to address Congress April 28th

President Joe Biden has been invited to make his initial address to Congress on Wednesday, April 28th by Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, Andrew Solender of Forbes reports.

The first address to a joint session of Congress by a president is not referred to a State of the Union address because, traditionally, the new president is not briefed enough to know the overall state of the union. April 28th will mark Biden’s 98th day in office.
