North Carolina MAGA terrorist Floyd Ray Roseberry appeared in federal court Friday, the day after he was arrested at the end of an hours long standoff in front of the library of Congress, NBC Washington’s Scott MacFarlane reports. Roseberry was charged with threatening to use a weapon of mass destruction and use or attempted use of explosive device.
Roseberry, who was assigned a public defender, told the judge he hadn’t taken his ‘mind medicine’ or blood pressure medication for days before the standoff, adding his wife has power of attorney over his medications. The judge ordered Roseberry held pending trial.
