Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced Monday he is enacting the Emergencies Act for the first time in Canadian history to support Ontario in clearing out the right wing anti-vax assholes occupying the nation’s capital city Ottawa. Trudeau said the act will be limited in scale and he will not call in the military or to override the charter, the CBC reports.
