Following reports that President Biden had on Sunday agreed “in principle” to a summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin brokered by French President Emmanuel Macron, the Kremlin on Monday warned there’s not much appetite on their side for high-level diplomacy, AFP reports. “It’s premature to talk about any specific plans for organising any kind of summits” and no “concrete plans” had been put together, said Putin spokesworm Dmitry Peskov.
