Confused West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin told reporters that he supports the codification of Roe v. Wade into law, but he will not support the Women’s Health Protection Act, which codifies Roe into law and will be brought to the Senate floor for a vote, per Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer.
