Despite whining that his future was forever scarred by the media coverage of his encounter with a Native American protester, Nick Sandmann has landed himself a job with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s reelection campaign, the Associated Press reports.
Despite having no experience, Sandmann was appointed to a paid position as grassroots director for the campaign. In that position, he’ll be responsible for building coalitions and developing field operations.
It was not announced if Sandmann will enter the private liberal arts Transylvania University for the fall semester as he announced he would. As a declared Transy, Sandmann would be on campus with about 1,000 students. Notable alumni of Transylvania U. include Confederate president Jefferson Davis and the CSA’s Secretary of War John C. Breckinridge.
