In a scathing statement responding to a tweet by President Trump earlier in the day, NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace outlined some of the steps Black people must take to be accepted in the United States while condemning POTUS.

The only Black driver in NASCAR, Wallace was believed to be the target of racial hatred after a team member reported finding a noose hanging from the door of his garage at Talladega Speedway June 21st.
An FBI investigation and a NASCAR report stated that the noose had been on the door since last October, although NASCAR stated it found 12 other loops on garage door pulls throughout its tracks; only the one of Wallace’s door was tied as a noose.
Earlier today, Trump incited the incident by calling it a hoax and calling for Wallace to apologize, although the FBI reported included a photograph clearly showing the rope at Wallace’s garage was a noose.
Has @BubbaWallace apologized to all of those great NASCAR drivers & officials who came to his aid, stood by his side, & were willing to sacrifice everything for him, only to find out that the whole thing was just another HOAX? That & Flag decision has caused lowest ratings EVER!
