Former FBI Director James Comey was actually indicted by a federal grand jury in Virginia on Thursday, ABC News reports. Look at Lindsey Halligan getting the easiest part of what only gets considerably harder from here on out done for the Big Orange Man in the White House.

Comey, 6 ft 9 inches tall and probably decent at basketball, faces one count of making false statements and one count of obstruction of justice. A third count was rejected by the grand jury, though it’s not clear if this was over the “8647” seashells “death threat” post on Instagram, lol.

Also Donald Trump knew his now-dead friend Jeffrey Epstein was sex trafficking underage girls for years and indicting Comey will be a temporary at best distraction from that immutable reality.
