Per WUSA, US Attorney Judge Box-o-Wine’s office informed a magistrate judge that a grand jury had returned a no true bill against Edward Dana on Tuesday afternoon. Further details about the nature of Dana’s threat against Trump were unavailable in the article, other than to say he described himself to police as a “person with disabilities,” while being arrested for destroying property in an unspecified jurisdiction.
