The Trump Regime’s Department of Justice on Friday indicated they’re going to be dropping a massive federal lawsuit – filed by the Biden Administration in 2023 – against Japanese conglomerate Denka over the carcinogens being dumped from a synthetic rubber plant into the surrounding majority-Black Louisiana neighborhoods now known as “Cancer Alley,” the Guardian reports.

The Pontchartrain Works facility, built by DuPont – also a defendant – was sold to Denka in 2015.

“It’s obvious that the Trump administration doesn’t care anything for the poor Black folk in Cancer Alley,” said a local man, Robert Taylor, 84, who lost a number of relatives to cancer. “His administration has taken away what protections we had, what little hope we had.”

All it took was just a little disturbance and Manassas, Virginia Trump fan Jensy Machado is now openly questioning his support for the Orange God Emperor. Machado tells NBC Washington he was all for the president’s law and order, America First brand, even sporting a “Trump 2024” sticker on his truck, but then all that changed on Wednesday when he was driving some coworkers to a job.

“Like I said, I was a Trump supporter. I voted for Trump last election, but, because I thought it was going to be the things, you know, like… just go against criminals, not every Hispanic looking, like, that they will assume that we are all illegals,” Machado told the station after a little incident with ICE.

“They just got out of the car with the guns in their hands and say, turn off the car, give me the keys, open the window, you know. Everything was really fast,” Machado recalled, saying that it was clear ICE had gotten a bad tip. “They didn’t ask me for any ID. I was telling the officer, if I can give him ID, but he said just keep my hands up, not moving. After that, he told me to get out of the car and put the handcuffs on me. And then he went to me and said how did I get into this country and if I was waiting for a court date or if I have any case. And I told him I was an American citizen, and he looked at his other partner like, you know, smiling, like saying, can you believe this guy? Because he asked the other guy, ‘Do you believe him?'” Machado was then uncuffed and allowed to continue to work.

His two passengers were taken away however, but he did not elaborate on anything about why or, more pertinently, their immigration statuses. Or if they are/were Trump fans too.

From a Thursday night Facebook post by Democratic Missouri state Representative David Tyson Smith: “Congressman [Mark] Alford sent 3 staffers to my office to intimidate my Legislative Assistant and told her not to give out his public number to constituents who call and are angry about Trump’s and Musk’s federal policies. They said he was getting inundated with calls and was cornered in a coffee shop by angry people. A VA employee came to my office and we sent her over as well.”

“The staffers said the Congressman doesn’t want to talk about the VA. One of the staffers further tried to intimidate my LA by asking for a picture with her. Congressman Alford, if you have a problem with angry constituents, have the courage to address it with President Trump. Do not try to intimidate my staff. Also, feel free to pick up the phone and call me man to man. I will be following this up with a letter to your office. I am not going to be intimidated by you.”

Alford was one of the earlier victims of the town hall rushes last month, so you can understand why his minions would be extra sensitive about constituents calling in to complain about the reich.

Former FEMA CFO Mary Comans, who’s suing the Trump regime for her unlawful firing over the $80 million payment to New York City to cover hotel rooms for migrants, tells CBS News she has the receipts of some DOGE lackeys telling her to go ahead and make the payments.

“I was fired illegally by the Trump administration for doing my job, for doing exactly what I was directed to do by the Trump political appointees at the Department of Homeland Security and at the DOGE,” Comans told CBS News. “They told me to do these actions, to make these payments, and then they fired me.” Comans’s complaint, which does not accuse DHS of defamation outright so much as their moronic public statements as evidence, instead argues she was “unlawfully terminated without cause or the due process required by law and the Constitution.”

A registered Republican Florida man last week threatened to assassinate convicted felon President Trump, claiming he could launch missiles to destroy Trump Tower in New York, CBS 12 reports.

Justin Blaxton, 34, of Loxahatchee, made multiple 911 calls to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office on February 26, per an arrest report. “I need a ride to the airport to be taken to the White House to assassinate the President,” Blaxton said in one of the calls. “I’m about to launch the missiles to destroy New York. I’m a Confederate soldier and I’m looking to get revenge. My missiles are attracted to Donald Trump’s tower.” It’s not clear if the likely Trump voter had any specific grievance against the fat fuck, like failing to lower grocery prices as promised during the campaign.

Blaxton was charged with making a threat to throw, place, project or discharge a destructive device, making a false report of a bomb/explosion, and making false 911 calls. He’s due in court next month.

“We write to express our grave concern about actions taken by Edward Martin, that may constitute professional misconduct under the DC Rules of Professional Conduct. Since his appointment as Interim US Attorney for the District of Columbia on January 20, 2025, Mr Martin has abused his position in several ways, including dismissing charges against his own client and using the threat of prosecution to intimidate government employees and chill the speech of private citizens.”

“Due to the serious nature of this misconduct, we request that the Office of Disciplinary Counsel open an investigation to determine whether Mr Martin, who is a member of the DC Bar, violated applicable DC Rules of Professional Conduct and should be subject to disciplinary action,” write the Dems on the Senate Judiciary Committee to the DC Bar’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel, listing a bunch of Martin’s scumbag moves, mostly conflicts of interest with him continuing to represent the newly=pardoned January 6th defendants after he was already named interim US Attorney.

Absent from the complaint is Martin’s refusal to sign a DC Metro Police arrest warrant for MAGA Congressman Cory Mills for slapping around his girlfriend during an incident last month.

The letter was sent on Thursday and linked in an NBC News article about how Pam Bondi’s brother Brad and Martin’s top minion Alicia Long are running for president and treasurer, respectively, of the DC Bar Association, the implication beyond fucking obvious since Bar Association discipline is really the only way to hold top regime fascists like Martin accountable for their crimes. While they wouldn’t have direct say over disciplinary decisions, they are responsible for recommending new members of the DC Board of Professional Responsibility, the panel that make those decisions.

A SpaceX rocket went all Cybertruck after a launch on Thursday, bursting into flames and sending debris plummeting all over the Gulf of Cuba about 90 miles into the sky from liftoff, the AP reports.

It’s second such Musk-up in as many launches, the previous one showering Turks and Caicos with wreckage in January. Fortunately no one was injured in either Cybertrucking of a SpaceX mission.

Dem Senators Elizabeth Warren, Cory Booker, Richard Blumenthal, Adam Schiff and Chris Van Hollen have sent Attorney General Pam Bondi a letter asking whether Ketamine Brain is using his post as a “special government employee” or whatever the fuck he’s calling himself to pressure advertisers who ghosted on Twitter after his white nationalist heel turn, the Wall Street Journal reports.

The letter, which warns “The apparent attempt to strong-arm the government to advance his business dealings could violate federal ethics laws and, depending on the specific facts, the federal extortion statute,” hasn’t been made public yet, and probably went into the shredder judging by the DOJ’s response to the Journal. “At President Trump’s direction, Elon Musk and DOGE are saving historic amounts of taxpayer money from being spent on unserious bureaucratic pet projects – it comes as no surprise that Democrats are upset with him,” they wrote rather than addressing the accusations that Musk extorted Amazon, Apple, Verizon, and other brands into buying ads again.

“Secretary of State Marco Rubio is launching an AI-fueled ‘Catch and Revoke’ effort to cancel the visas of foreign nationals who appear to support Hamas or other designated terror groups,” Axios reports. Copied and pasted that verbatim as to not mince words about what the plan is.

A lawsuit filed Thursday by Ward Brehm, the CEO of the US African Development Foundation, alleges that Trump minion Pete Marocco, the DOGE dickhead in charge of fucking up foreign aid, tried and failed to force his way into the building on Wednesday afternoon and gave up after his threats to have Secret Service and US Marshalls arrest the staff failed to materialize.

“Yesterday, Wednesday, March 5, DOGE staff and Marocco attempted to access USADF’s offices. Plaintiff Brehm had told them that he was President of USADF and that he had instructed staff to not allow Defendants access as they had no legal authority. Undeterred, Marocco and DOGE threatened a security guard with a lawsuit and told the building’s property manager that they would bring in US Marshals and the Secret Service unless they were given access to USADF. Their threats were unsuccessful,” says the complaint. This incident was apparently after Marocco had been noncommittal with members of Congress over whether the Trump regime would abide by the Supreme Court’s ruling ordering the administration to pay out $2 billion in USAID contracts.
