A new national Reuters/Ipsos survey conducted entirely after Tuesday night’s debate finds Vice President Kamala Harris leading convicted felon former President Trump 47 to 42 percent among registered voters, a 1 point increase for Harris since their August 22nd survey found her leading Trump 45 to 41 percent.
