Trump’s legal team took another loss in its quest to hide his tax returns from Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance today, as a three-judge panel rejected Trump’s latest objection, the New York Times reports.
Trump will likely appeal this decision to the Supreme Court once again.
The panel rejected Team Trump’s argument that the subpoena was too broad and amounted to political harassment. Vance has been seeking eight years of Trump’s tax returns and financial records as part of a grand jury investigation into financial impropriety by Trump and his company, the Trump Organization.
