Willis releases proposed schedule for Trump RICO trial

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis filed a notice with the court proposing the trial for Donald Trump and his 18 co-conspirators for the RICO plot to undermine Georgia’s 2020 election results should start on March 4, 2024.

All defendants will be arraigned the week of Tuesday, September 5th, the day after Labor Day, assuming they all turn themselves in as scheduled by Friday, August 25th.
